About the project
Posteck is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for community managers and agencies who need to run several brands across several social networks without jumping between apps.
Users create as many companies as they need and connect each one to its own Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, YouTube and X accounts via OAuth. From a single dashboard they can:
· Publish and schedule content across every network, with a monthly calendar and a bulk importer (image ZIP + CSV) that queues dozens of posts at once.
· Track performance: followers, reach, impressions, growth over time and audience demographics, aggregated per company.
· Reply from a unified inbox that gathers direct messages and comments from every connected network, with a pending-items counter.
The architecture is built on a driver pattern: each social network encapsulates its own OAuth, formats and limits, so adding a new platform means adding a single file. The scheduler publishes autonomously with retries and atomic job claiming, so it can run across multiple instances.
On security and compliance: access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and refreshed automatically before expiry, images are served through signed URLs from a private bucket, and the platform implements the data deletion flow and policies required by Meta's app review.
The product is rounded out with Google and Facebook sign-in, subscription plans and credit packs handled through Stripe, an admin panel, and an SSR marketing site.
